This residential project is situated on a sloping lot in North Vancouver. The unique nature of the lot
allowed our designers to creatively shape the built form, maximizing the usable space for the client.
The garage is seamlessly integrated beneath the main floor, resulting in expansive and luxurious
living areas on the ground level. While carefully placed free-standing walls define different functional
spaces, the continuous wooden flooring preserves the sense of an open, unified space.
Our interior design team paid special attention to the detailing of the accent walls throughout the
home. The light-colored flooring and walls are elegantly contrasted with rich, dark wood accents,
creating a balanced aesthetic. This sense of luxury is further evident in the meticulously designed bathrooms and closets, each
customized to meet the client’s specific needs. A striking double-height foyer, featuring large
