property. The asymmetrical massing of the structure not only adds visual interest but also
emphasizes the entrance, creating a welcoming first impression. The striking sloping roof,
complemented by the minimal flat roof, exemplifies the contemporary design approach.
The interior design incorporates a palette of white tones, contrasted with grey and wooden accents.
The master bedroom and family room on the upper floor are each complemented by private
balconies, with full-height windows offering expansive views.
