The client approached us with a vision to create a distinctive design that transcended traditional forms constrained by the lot lines. In response to the design brief, we incorporated green space to break through the built form, resulting in an innovative “L-shaped” layout. The house was thoughtfully positioned around a central patio, which not only maximized natural daylight but also seamlessly integrated the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The circulation of the home follows this shape, with the main staircase aligned with the patio, ensuring a harmonious flow. Wall-to-wall windows enhance the transparency of the design, amplifying the connection to the outdoors. The staircase itself is a key design feature, highlighted by its meticulously crafted steel and glass railing, complemented by subtly illuminated wooden steps.
