This Mediterranean themed restaurant was done as a tenant improvement project. Moulding the
design and the client’s wish list according to the strict framework of city bylaws was one of the
challenges. Our architectural designers tailored the design to make sure all building codes are met,
and the stringent licensing process of the restaurant is not hindered. Furthermore, our engineers
made this design practical by providing all the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical details.
